Ark Manaf is one of three wizards who came to planet Tenrei searching for mana alongside Hadul and Urt.[1]
Gene Starwind approached Ark and Hadul when he came to the resort planet in search of caster shells, and they agreed to give him a #4 and #9 shell if he was able to provide them with footage of their friend, Urt.
