Bowie Vallikuser Jr.[1] (太飛?) is the assistant mechanic on the Angel Links.[2]
Biography[]
Bowie is the youngest member of the Angel Links crew aboard the ship next to his commanding officer, Meifon Li, who is also sixteen years of age. Bowie acts as the assistant mechanic of the Angel Links.[1]
He works in tandem with Nicola Neri, the chief mechanic of the ship. Bowie is a very serious-minded young man, which makes him an easy target for Elizabeth Aihara Chang and Anne Rapan, who enjoy teasing him.[1]
