Urt is one of three wizards and the only female member of three that traveled to Tenrei in search of mana.[1]
Gene Starwind took the crew of the Outlaw Star to Tenrei in order to acquire caster shells before they went to the Galactic Leyline and found Urt in a hidden hot spring resort owned and run by her on Mount Nantai. He was able to get two #4 shells from her in exchange for shady footage for Hadul and Ark Manaf, whom would give him #9 and #13 shells if he did. However, while she did provide the requested footage, she had it rigged with an explosive timer to get back at Hadul and Ark for their perverse nature.[1]
